Strawberry Spinach Salad

Yesterday morning, Dan and I went to the Baltimore Farmers Market and purchased lots of tasty, fresh food. For dinner, we cooked up a meal that consisted entirely of farmers market purchases.* It was delicious! We ate grilled rainbow trout, fresh baked raisin challah and the strawberry spinach salad pictured above. The salad was made of fresh spinach, the tastiest fresh strawberries I’ve ever had, walnuts and a little bit of balsamic vinaigrette.

*except for the walnuts and salad dressing.
